And the structure has two slices on it, both thick slices 😆. And the dough alone is good, but the cream sauce cream that overflows underneath is 😭. It's too fluffy and airy cream. The store I went to this time was That classic Hokkaido souvenir. It is now sold in Osaka as well. Everyone loves to buy these sweets. Shiroi Koibito" is directly managed by ISHIYA! By the way, this is the first directly-managed café outside of Hokkaido. You can enjoy ISHIYA's sweets easily in Tokyo 😊. There are many other great stores at COREDO Muromachi terrace 😊. Of course you can take out the sweets You can also eat in. You can enjoy the colorful and beautiful "Jime Parfait" from Sapporo and pancakes of which we are proud. On the sales side, "Saku Langue de chat", a sweet that inherits the DNA of "Shiroi Koibito", is on sale. I bought one once at Daimaru Shinsaibashi and it was as good as Shiroi Koibito! It was as delicious as the Shiroi Koibito 😊. There is also a limited menu for Ishiya Nihonbashi store There is also a parfait for adults which you can eat by dissolving the wagashi in sake. and an adult parfait with sake. The sake used is a special one made from "Junmai Daiginjo-shu (Kamikawa Daisetsu-shu)" from Hokkaido!

Shiroi Koibito's! This café is operated by Ishiya Seika, famous for its Shiroi Koibito (white lover). This time it is the newly opened COREDO Muromachi Terrace. Fluffy pancakes wrapped in a film. When the film is removed, the cream inside overflows. It is a very interesting trick. The pancake is fluffy and has just the right amount of sweetness, so even a man could finish it.
