It had been a long time since I had visited, but the menu was as good as it gets. The homemade curry roux is made with onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, and other spices and is slow cooked. Considering the time and effort that goes into it, it was amazing to be served. The roux, which can be enjoyed as curry spaghetti or curry, is said to be made over the course of a week and is mild, sweet, and exquisite. I enjoyed not only the food but also the conversation with the owner. I would like to visit again.
