While sitting at the counter and waiting, a warm cup of tea is served, which is very comforting. The charcoal is crackling, creating a very nice atmosphere. The handmade furikake has a rich flavor of kelp, making the rice more enjoyable. The jidori donburi stands out with its savory aroma, and the pickled ginger and kaiware radish on top provide a good accent. The red fish, miso soup, small side dishes, and pickles are all carefully prepared, making the meal satisfying overall. There is also the fun of choosing from options like udon, sashimi, bibimbap, chicken sukiyaki, and winter serinabe.
