They cook it on the iron plate in front of the counter, so you can enjoy it fresh. The dashimaki is fluffy and soft, with a strong aroma of dashi, making it the best. The yakisoba is cooked carefully, rich in flavor, and different from others. The yakisoba is full of vegetables, and the red sausage adds a nice accent. The rice and small side dishes are also delicious, and you can enjoy simmered lotus root, potato salad, and pickles. The interior is new and comfortable, and it's a popular place bustling with regular customers.
