You can spend a leisurely time in a quiet and elegant French setting. The focus is on classic cooking, and the preparation of the sauces is particularly impressive. A dish featuring seasonal pufferfish, lightly fried, releases a fragrant and savory flavor that makes you want to keep eating. A dish covered with pastry that contains a clear mushroom soup has a good balance of aroma and umami. The meat dishes are served with a light pepper sauce, allowing for a pleasant aftertaste. Of course, there is a selection of wines as well as other alcoholic beverages, and the suggestions were spot on.
