The Spanish cuisine that came from Hiroshima was exciting from the start. The course had many dishes, and the flow was pleasant, including bread and herbal tea after the meal. The warm potato soup had a gentle flavor with fluffy milk foam on top. The dishes were centered around local flavors, and I was surprised by the combinations that are not often encountered in Japan. The specialty anago (conger eel) was fragrant and a memorable dish. The suggestions for pairing drinks were thoughtful, and I felt warm after being able to talk with the chef at the end.

The course that feels the local color of Spain is exciting from start to finish. There are many dishes, and you can slowly savor everything from bread to herbal tea. Many plates boldly combine ingredients from the sea and mountains, offering surprising and very delicious flavors. The glass pairings are also interesting, with sherry and Spanish white and red wines pairing well with the dishes. The interior is neat and calming, and the live atmosphere over the counter is pleasant. The staff are warm, and I had a wonderful time until the end.
