You can enjoy a variety of seafood, including rich sea urchin, splendid sweet shrimp, and Matsuba crab. The abalone has a crunchy texture, and when paired with a flavorful sauce, it provides a satisfying experience. The finishing touches of box sushi and battera are enjoyable, and the piece made with fragrant seaweed left a strong impression. With the refreshing taste of red vinegar in the rice and beautiful knife skills, you can savor it pleasantly.
