L'atmosfera giapponese è piacevole e si può trascorrere del tempo in modo rilassato al bancone. Il tonno e il toro si sciolgono in bocca e il sapore si diffonde, l'armonia con il riso è molto buona. Si possono gustare delizie di mare come l'uni ricco, i gamberi reali e il granchio di Matsuba. Il mollusco abalone ha una consistenza croccante e si abbina a una salsa saporita, offrendo una grande soddisfazione. Anche il sushi a scatola e il battera sono divertenti da gustare, e un nigiri con alga profumata ha lasciato un'impressione duratura. Con un riso leggero e acido e una preparazione elegante, si può assaporare con piacere.

In a traditional Japanese setting, you can relax comfortably. The explanations of the dishes are easy to understand, and the appeal of the ingredients is clearly conveyed. The sashimi of herring, the tender boiled octopus, and the richness of the sea urchin paired with abalone leave a lasting impression. The nigiri, including hairy crab, medium fatty tuna, and swordtip squid, are all full of flavor, and the red vinegar sushi rice blends well. The hot salmon roe has a delightful pop, and you can also enjoy the Osaka-style box sushi served at the end. The final egg dish is light and cake-like, with a gentle aroma of honey.
