Strawberry season is here! There have been a lot of parfaits since last year. But in terms of perfection, chocolate and strawberries are exceptional! This year, too, chocolate and strawberry parfait has started, so I went there! The strawberries have changed a lot from last year, and the chocolate has been perfected! The chocolate has been perfected! If you thought last year's strawberries were too subtle, I think this year will be different! On the other hand, the chocolate has been improved from last year, so those who liked it are sure to like it. They plan to run it until May. I'm gonna go eat it at least three more times, man!

After all, the royal road to sweets is parfait! I think parfait is the royal road after all. I feel it is different from the fad. But a truly delicious parfait is hard to find. There is just too much whipped cream for no reason, or too much jelly, or too much crunchy corn flakes, and it's just a family restaurant. A real parfait made by a patissier is different! That is what I want to convey. We are particular about the ingredients we use, and we go to the farms and talk to the farmers to purchase each and every one of them. That much goes into a single parfait... But it works, and it tastes great. The taste changes. There is a story. It's wonderful that a parfait has a story. I don't mean that you should just eat it, but I recommend that you eat it and concentrate on it!

I was looking for a relaxing cafe in Akasaka and found it. It is a chocolatier, but there is also a cafe space where you can enjoy sweets and other treats. I ordered fondant chocolate and coffee. I could choose between dark and light coffee. The chocolates tasted like they would relieve fatigue. I was also interested in the chocolate show drink, so I will visit again.
