It is located on the second floor of the Makishi Public Market. If you bring the fresh fish you selected on the first floor, they will cook it for you on the spot. There are many dishes to choose from, and you can enjoy various flavors of Okinawa. The tempura of mozuku seaweed, sea grapes, and taro dumplings left a particularly strong impression. There are tatami seating areas, which give a sense of Okinawa. The Okinawa soba is also delicious, and I was satisfied with it along with Orion beer.

Located on the second floor of the market, you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the market. There is a variety of Okinawan cuisine available, which pairs well with Orion beer and awamori. The butter-grilled fish is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with an irresistible buttery aroma. The squid ink somen champuru looks dark, but the flavor of the broth is well-extracted and easy to eat. The squid ink yakisoba is rich and makes you want to keep eating. The staff were considerate and provided tissues to avoid mess, which was very kind of them.

It is located on the upper floor of the Makishi Public Market. It's interesting that you can take the fish you bought on the first floor and have it prepared for you. They also have soba, and everything was delicious and satisfying. The squid ink yakisoba was very tasty, and I didn't mind that my mouth turned black. The staff were very attentive, and it was helpful that they quickly provided tissues. I was able to relax in a tatami seat and felt the essence of Okinawa.
