The interior is clean and the first small dish is delicious, uplifting my mood. The grilled offal and vegetable-filled tomato-based hot pot has a wonderful aroma and pairs perfectly with cheese. It's not a type of spiciness that is stimulating, but rather one to enjoy through its fragrance, making it easy to eat even for those who are not good with spicy food. For the finale, we added rice to make it risotto-style, and the melting cheese and basil aroma was irresistible. The daikon served as an appetizer is soft and infused with the umami of the broth, providing a comforting experience. Conversations with the cheerful staff are pleasant, and they respond attentively, allowing for a relaxing time.

At a new offal hot pot restaurant, the interior is neat and comfortable. The signature tomato offal hot pot has a wonderful aroma, is full of vegetables, and the grilled offal adds a rich flavor. The spices are gentle, combining with the acidity of the tomato, making it very easy to eat. For the finale, we had rice turned into risotto, and the melted cheese was delightful. Every dish, from the daikon soaked in broth to the grilled yellowtail and the tartar with nanban sauce, was delicious. The bright atmosphere encourages lively conversation, and you can slowly enjoy the fragrant broth.
