I visited when I heard that the chef is independent. The food is very good and I visit at least once a month. I especially recommend the vinegared motsu. Boiled and sliced, it is served refreshingly with green onion, sesame, and ponzu. The seared fish is also delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered the motsu nabe with white miso, and the soup is delicious. The white miso is not deceiving at all. Finally, the soba zosui (buckwheat noodle soup) goes well with it. It is really delicious.
