【Tokyo Ushigome Kagurazaka】 I saw an interview in an online article and was curious about this sushi restaurant. The head chef, Mr. Oya, was born in Chicago, went to elementary school in Bangkok, high school in Beverly Hills, and was scouted at a sushi restaurant in NY. He trained at the famous sushi restaurant Yoshitake, making him an unconventional international sushi chef. ◇ Chef's Choice Course The appetizers were quite generous. The whale was delicious. The nigiri sushi included rare items like kisuya, horse mackerel, and shrimp, all of which were delicious. Although I felt something was lacking, the atmosphere was pleasant. I tried Tecate, a Mexican beer, for the first time. There were about 2 to 3 staff in black suits, and the interior design seemed to have cost a lot of money.
