This is a calm shop located in a corner of the arcade, with an inviting atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in from the street. The shelves are lined with seaweed sheets and bite-sized pieces, and there are also packages and containers that are convenient for gifts. The staff provides careful guidance, and it's delightful to be able to find my preferences through tasting samples. The seaweed has a crispy texture, and the flavor of the sea and umami spreads as you chew. The flavored varieties have a perfect balance of sweetness and the richness of soy sauce, making them an excellent match for rice. Just adding them to salads or soba makes them even more delicious, and I can confidently choose them as gifts.
