This is a calm, membership-based restaurant that is just a short walk from the station. They show you the nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) right in front of you, which elevates your mood even before the meal starts. The grilled whole fish, cooked over charcoal, is fragrant, and the flesh is fluffy with a rich flavor of fat. After enjoying half of the fish, you can finish with ochazuke (rice in tea), leaving you satisfied until the end. In addition to small side dishes and soup, there are also cold dishes and desserts, creating a beautiful flow to the course. Although the number of seats is limited, the service is attentive, and you can enjoy sake at a leisurely pace.
