It's a French restaurant near the jump ramp, and the atmosphere is pleasant. You can enjoy a variety of dishes on the course, which pair well with wine. The marinated rainbow trout and white bean soup bring out the quality of the ingredients. There are also dishes that incorporate Japanese elements, making the combinations enjoyable. Even the desserts are carefully prepared, leaving a gentle aftertaste. The staff's service is attentive, and I had a pleasant time.

As befits the restaurant's name, which means "new shoots" in French, we offer a rich and delicate dish that is a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine. Please take your time and enjoy our menu, which reflects the terroir of Hokkaido in its tradition, and our gratitude to the blessings of nature and its producers.
