The meat was fresh and the food was delicious. Especially, despite being busy, the quality of service was excellent, and the staff at the store is fluent in English. However, it seems difficult to manage the store with only two working staff members. It is hard to use the service without a reservation, so you must make a reservation.

I ate at a table surrounded by the owner, giving off a late-night restaurant vibe. I can't speak Japanese, but the owner kindly assisted me, and if the vegetables like bean sprouts, onions, or green onions were lacking, they would refill them! It was delicious.

The staff at the shop are very kind, making it comfortable even for first-time visitors. The meat for the Genghis Khan is exceptionally fresh, with no unpleasant odor, and has a taste that can't be found elsewhere! If you're trying Genghis Khan for the first time, I definitely recommend Alco!

It had been a long time since I had eaten Genghis Khan, so I had forgotten what it was like, but to my surprise, it was delicious and had no smell. I tried the red meat because I was told that rare was recommended, but the quality was such that I probably could have eaten it raw as well. I am very satisfied.

We visited for dinner with local friends. The sauce was soy sauce based and light. There was garlic and Ichimi on the table, so I added them to the sauce and it gave it a strong punch and was delicious. The meat was cut into thick slices, the lean meat was light and easy to eat, while the fatty belly meat had a strong umami flavor. I was very satisfied with the vegetables as well, as I was able to eat a lot of them.
