When you order the lunch set, the first thing you experience is the deliciousness of the vegetable-rich kasujiru that seeps into your body. Sweet onions from Awaji Island and small side dishes are beautifully arranged, making it visually enjoyable. In particular, the grilled salmon with saikyo miso is served on a hot ceramic plate, releasing an enticing aroma that makes you want to eat more rice. The meal is well-balanced with rice, salad, and pickles, and the portion size is just right to finish comfortably. You can relax even at the counter seats, and the staff work well together, creating a lively atmosphere. True to its focus on sake, the deep flavor of the kasujiru leaves a lasting impression.
