This is an Italian restaurant in Gotanda where you can easily drop in, and the atmosphere inside is lively and comfortable. You can see the cooking process from the counter, which is exciting, and there are also table seats on the second floor. The dishes are prepared with a focus on the ingredients, and the mackerel is so well done that you don't even notice the bones; the basil sauce and the refreshing radish sauce pair perfectly. The pasta made with Tosa Akaushi sauce is rich in flavor and left a lasting impression. There is a wide variety of wines, and the recommendations are spot on, with careful guidance on how to pair them with the dishes. The menu changes frequently, which is enjoyable, and I feel that the teamwork of the young staff shines through in this wonderful restaurant.
