Wakakusa Sushi is a historic sushi restaurant that has been operating in Yura since before the earthquake. Although it was forced to operate temporarily in a makeshift location due to the tsunami, it has preserved its skills with unwavering dedication and has returned to the land of Yura. Together with local fishermen, we connect with the seasons and, while valuing local production for local consumption, we will continue to serve the flavors that are loved by the community.
