Ningyocho, Tokyo Chef Kameyama, who trained at an authentic Parisian bistro, offers bistro French cuisine just as if he were in Paris. When talking about Anfas, everyone always says "the volume" is amazing. A la carte Freshly cut cured ham, persimmon Assorted charcuterie The volume of this impressive dish is what made it famous. Cream of pumpkin soup Very rich and sweet pumpkin. The seeds are a nice accent. Duck leg cassoulet The seasoning and the quantity were too heavy. I gave up. Freshly baked financier The freshly baked financier is very soft and delicious. Cider dry Glass of white wine I thought I might have enough time to eat until the middle of the meal, but the duck got me and I couldn't finish it (I cried), so I took it out. I would like to try other menus, but it is not easy to increase the number of items...! LOL!
