This is an original French toast made with additive-free whole grain bread soaked generously in eggs and milk, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a gentle, addictive flavor.

The hamburger from BRISKSTAND uses 100% domestic beef patties. It is seasoned with domestic natural sea salt and served on additive-free buns made with whole wheat and blended with milk, accompanied by sweet and melting Japanese-style simmered onions, making it a 'Japanese-style Hamburger.'

100% domestic beef patty with no fillers. The natural flavor of the beef is rich, so only domestic natural salt is used for seasoning. By intentionally mixing in some sinew, we create a satisfying texture and flavor.

Using additive-free buns made with whole wheat flour. No shortening or margarine is used at all.

It is finished with a sweet and thick Japanese-style flavor.

Depending on the season, we source potatoes that pair well with our fries and fry them twice to achieve a crispy exterior. We use domestically produced natural salt for seasoning.
