Fresh air flows in from the entrance, making my back straighten. Inside the store, there are narrow corridors and small rooms, creating a quiet atmosphere that is calming. The arrangement of flowers, vessels, and hanging decorations evokes the seasons, filling me with excitement from the very beginning. The dishes are made with ingredients directly sourced from the market and carefully prepared broth, each leaving a lasting impression on my palate. There is a vibrant elegance within the crisp expression of Japanese cuisine, and I was satisfied even with steak and tonteki. The dignified atmosphere typical of a long-established establishment was felt, and the attention to each seat made it a pleasant experience.
