The white miso-based chicken broth soup pairs well with the lotus root-filled meatballs and turnips, leaving a memorable rich taste. The grilled chicken skewers, including green onion and neck meat, are carefully grilled, allowing the savory aroma and meat juices to be fully appreciated. A dish featuring homemade tofu topped with minced meat and pickled mustard greens offers a delightful combination of gentle richness and textural accents. In the tempura and fried dishes, the sweet potato and cod sprouts are perfectly crispy, achieving an exquisite balance of bitterness and sweetness.
