With training experience in Tokyo and overseas, they have honed their skills in sushi and eel dishes. They are gaining attention as a special eel restaurant operating on Saturdays only and by reservation only.

A versatile individual who serves as the representative of the agricultural corporation 'Nourland' while being a council member of Misaki Town. He trained as a chef in Tokyo and overseas, mastering the techniques of sushi and eel dishes. Leveraging his experience, he opened 'Unagi Ryo Yanagimachi Store' in July 2022. With a passion for eel dishes, he pursues the fusion of agriculture and cuisine, spreading sustainable food culture while cherishing local ingredients.
