Akashi-yaki was very delicious! The gentleness of the dashi was soothing and comforting to my body during the business trip. I also thought it was a great cost performance for this era! Overall, I am satisfied.

I bought two servings of Akashiyaki for dinner. The two servings are in one paper box. I took it home and ate it, so of course it was cold. The paper box was microwave-safe, so it was good that I could heat it up as it was. The other two servings came with dashi broth, sauce, and sansha. The dashi was plentiful in the bottle, a little too much if anything (lol). On the other hand, the mitsuba was a bit small, which was unfortunate... The sauce came with a bag of sauce, but it was tonkatsu sauce... I wouldn't mind if the sauce in the restaurant was also tonkatsu sauce... but maybe not...? The taste was normal and I guess the overall rating is also normal!
