This is a prosciutto made by Masayoshi Tada, the only Japanese 'ham craftsman' recognized by Italy's 'Parma'. Once you taste this prosciutto, you won't be able to go back to other prosciuttos.

Our signature pasta made with seasonal ingredients from Miyako Island. Dishes include Meyer lemon pasta, cold pasta with organic mango and prosciutto, and passion fruit risotto, among others.
The finest cut of the Miyako Island brand beef 'Miyako Beef' is slowly grilled over charcoal and finished with a herb-infused smoke. The melt-in-your-mouth texture, aroma, umami, and rose-like color can be enjoyed with all five senses.
Enjoy the rich flavor of 'lean meat' that is different from young Miyako beef, with a delicious chewiness in the tagliata.
A classic pork dish that is synonymous with Donkori. It is slowly cooked over charcoal with rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper until it reaches a rosy color. Juicy and tender, it showcases the deliciousness of pork in a simple way. Be sure to enjoy it at least once.
Depending on the season and type of fish, it is prepared by methods such as oven baking or charcoal grilling, varying by the day.
