A bakery with a friendly personality When I went to Shinmachi for the first time in a long time... what was that? Was there a bakery here? Or rather, what was there where this bakery was located? Let's go in! The location is just between Shinsaibashi and Nishi Ohashi, with the popular restaurant Orange nearby! Inside the store there is a sales space and a café space. I was going to have dinner afterwards, so I decided to buy some bread and go home! Because it was late in the evening, there was not a large selection of bread. I guess that's to be expected at this time of the day. At a glance, I wondered if they made a rather wide range of products. Natural yeast, organic bread, bread made from domestic wheat. It's been a year since they moved here from Fujiidera. I haven't been here for a year! The bread I bought was Mentaiko bread Baked Curry Bread French toast Boiled egg bread All of them are shallow baked, so those who like them well baked may not be satisfied. French toast is made from a variety of breads, so there are many different types of French toast! Mini sizes are also available, so it's easy to buy! Bread with a whole boiled egg in it is also unique! The one I chose this time didn't have the peculiar taste of natural yeast. but the breads in general are gentle. And the owner and his wife are warm and friendly. Their personalities are reflected in their bread! They didn't have cream buns this time, so I will come back for them next time!
