The richness brewed by black koji has a smooth sweetness and a crisp finish.
A masterpiece born from the climate of Kagoshima. Slowly aged, it has a smooth texture and is easy to drink, despite being sweet potato shochu.
This is a top-quality product based on Nikkaido barley shochu, relatively aged for a long time, carefully matured, and particularly focused on aroma.
