El Cielo is located on the 18th floor of this building and is well worth a lunchtime visit. Along with a wonderful view, the restaurant offers an attractive menu of set menus. You can choose one main course and one small dish to suit your taste. There is a slight drawback in that smoking is allowed, but even with this drawback, the value for money is well worth it. If you visit at night, you can also enjoy the night view. The restaurant is spacious and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere.
