Kurogi moved from Yushima to Shiba Daimon in 2017. The restaurant is owned by Jun Kuroki, who became independent at the age of just 30 after training at the famous restaurant "Kyoami. I went there! In early October! This is my 5th visit to Kurogi! I was able to finish my meal this time too despite the very large amount of food at Kurogi 😭 ⭐️Taste 9 I like it because I like strong flavors, I'm very happy with the ingredients I like this time! ⭐️Service 9 They are very good. I used to give up halfway through every visit because the amount of food at Kurogi is very large, But this time, for the first time, I was able to finish the whole dish! I'm not sure if Mr. Kurogi has caught on or if I have, but I'm glad he did 😹. ⭐️Taste 9 I like strong taste, so I like it, I'm not sure if the blackberry baggage is catching on or not 😹. The most luxurious breakfast in Tokyo is served at this restaurant @ Daimon Kurogi Daimon. The owner himself cuts the bread. This bread is Nishiwa's special order bread made for Kurogi. He uses eggs from Chichibu Farm, which are rumored to cost up to 1,000 yen each, and makes whatever you want to eat. By the way, I am TKG😋. Other dishes include soy milk, salmon roe, cod roe, rice porridge with lots of crab, sweet strawberries, and more. I had several more bowls of rice in the morning. A cold, cold winter night. It's been a long time since I've been to Kurogi-san. We were invited to a Christmas kurogi, Christmas Kurogi! I enjoyed the Christmas kurogi! The seasoning is strong, I thought it would go well with sake. I can't drink it because I'm not in good shape but I brought a souvenir of sake.... LOL! When I looked at the aperitif, I saw A cute little Santa flying around in the night sky. Santa Claus with his reindeer. My heart is so happy to see the handsome And everyone, Look at the photo of buri daikon. The original buri daikon was eaten while slurping up the soup stock. It was clear tori daikon. but gradually soy sauce and sugar and sugar, This is the real buri daikon. This one was the best for me! the most delicious! The inside of the bowl was like a starry sky The fat of the yellowtail glistened, It was fantastic, The fragrant aroma of the fat was already...! It was an impressive dish! They put the yellowtail in water and use only salt to cook it. I heard that the fish is cooked in water with only salt. How do you close a kurogi? We have had a wonderful restaurant since January 2020! This restaurant is really hard to book and famous! There is a specialty that is so famous that it is called the closing of such a restaurant. However, I was so hungover that I didn't make it to the end. I would like to go back again when I feel better. I wanted to eat rice....
