In a stylish house located in the middle of a rice field, the moment you open the door, the scent of wood gently spreads. The flames visible over the counter create excitement as you watch the vegetables and fish being carefully grilled. Each dish skillfully incorporates locally sourced rice, and the flow of the course naturally connects. The white rice cooked in a clay pot stands out with its distinct grains, and even on its own, it brings a smile to your face. The venison is surprisingly tender, with the aroma of Sichuan pepper adding a delightful accent that makes it addictive. While gazing at the mountain range visible from the window, it was a wonderful time that was comfortably enjoyable until the last dessert.
