As soon as you open the door, a calming space filled with the scent of wood greets you, instantly soothing your heart. The homemade focaccia I had first was irresistible with its light texture and fragrant olive oil. The beef carpaccio was moist, and the moderately tangy sauce enhanced the sweetness of the meat. The creamy squid ink spaghetti was packed with the flavors of the sea, spreading happiness throughout my mouth. The rice gratin, with its melting béchamel sauce and perfectly browned top, was exquisite, allowing me to enjoy it piping hot until the last bite. I can leisurely choose from a wide selection of glass wines, making every meal a new discovery that excites me.
