The interior of the restaurant has a warmth of wood, creating a calm atmosphere that is relaxing. As soon as you enter, you are guided to your seat, and you can start your meal comfortably. The drinks are served by pouring into a glass placed in a masu (a traditional wooden box), making them refreshing and easy to drink. The seafood salad, chilled tofu, tempura, and sashimi of horse mackerel and octopus are all delicious, and the salad dressing is light and homemade, which is delightful. The seasonal anago (conger eel) tempura over cold soba is paired with crunchy Kujo green onions, Sanriku seaweed, and grated daikon, creating a pleasant contrast between the cold soba and warm tempura. The finishing yuzu-cut soba releases a fragrant aroma with each bite, leaving a very pleasant aftertaste.
