The interior is bright and has a sense of openness. The dishes feature domestic ingredients, offering a gentle and clear flavor. There are also spicy options, but they are not overwhelming, and the aroma is pleasant. The chicken soup steamed in a pot is packed with umami and is very elegant. The combination of the dishes and Chinese tea is remarkable, giving depth to the entire course. The crispy rolls and fragrant mixed noodles are also impressive, with discoveries in each plate.
