A hidden bar nestled in Shinbashi

Moonshine is a hidden bar quietly located in a back alley of Shinbashi. The interior is dimly lit, with an impressive wall lined with whiskey bottles, making it a paradise for single malt enthusiasts. The owner personally selects the whiskeys from the source, and the handmade dishes are equally exquisite.

As you go up the stairs, there is a warm wooden counter where you can settle in right away. The high ceiling gives a sense of openness, and there are table seats on the upper floor as well. The selection of bottles is extensive, with many options from the Islay region. Popular Japanese brands are also well-stocked, making it enjoyable just to look at them. After taking a breather with a draft beer, you can convey your preferences, and they will suggest the perfect drink for you. The staff is attentive and courteous, allowing you to relax and spend time comfortably.
