A 6-minute walk from Myeongdong Station on Subway Line 4. Located near the embassy's currency exchange and the post office in Myeongdong, in the Little Chinatown area lined with Chinese restaurants. This Chinese restaurant has been run by overseas Chinese for three generations and has a history of over 50 years, offering everything from Jajangmyeon to authentic Chinese cuisine. It is highly regarded among Korean foodies and is known as 'when it comes to Chinese food in Myeongdong.' ▼ Tangsuyuk (Korean-style sweet and sour pork) Small 17,000 won. A side dish to enjoy with Jajangmyeon, Tangsuyuk (Korean-style sweet and sour pork) is often seen in Korean dramas. The Korean-style sweet and sour pork consists of long, fried pork with onions, and is simple. The sourness is mild and easy to eat, providing a crispy texture. Even the small size is quite substantial, making it suitable for 2-3 people to share. ▼ Bokkeumbap (fried rice) 7,500 won. A simple fried rice with fluffy rice and eggs. Served alongside is a sauce with a hint of oyster sauce. Eating the fried rice with the sauce is delicious. The fried rice is tasty on its own, but combining it with the sauce enhances the flavor significantly. ▼ Jajangmyeon 7,000 won. Noodles topped with plenty of onions and minced pork stir-fried with black bean paste, creating a thick sauce. The sauce clings well to the chewy and elastic noodles. Side dishes include Korean-style pickled radish and pickled mustard greens. A soup is included, which has a depth of spiciness and flavor similar to Yukgaejang. It is a soup with a lingering spiciness. The most popular menu item seems to be Jajangmyeon. Among them, 'Yumi Chajang' with minced pork appears to be particularly popular. Many locals were seen enjoying Champon noodles.
