In a small shop by the river, the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The couple works well together, and the service is attentive, making for a comfortable experience. The sushi has smaller rice portions, and the balance with the toppings is excellent. In particular, the flavor of the aged tuna spreads beautifully, bringing a smile to my face. The tempura of red snapper is light and fluffy, and the sauce is fragrant, making it easy to enjoy with rice. The soba broth has a clear flavor, and even with a wait, I felt very satisfied.
