【Tokyo Ebisu】 I made my first visit to a cozy hidden Italian restaurant in Ebisu. It seems to have been newly renovated this year. ★2-8-9 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo ★1,000 to 3,000 yen per person Lunch ◇Today's pasta with bread A creamy dish topped with salty pancetta and plenty of mushrooms. It was a type of pasta I love, and it was very delicious. Even at the last order time of 13:30, they kindly let me in, and the service was very comfortable. I will visit again, thank you for the meal.

Went to Tokyo for a meeting and Passion Leaders awards. It was a valuable time again with lots of learning and opportunities for us. The direction, presentation, and discussions were all top-notch. I am now even more motivated (laugh). The next free lecture by Representative Kondo will be held on September 26 (for business owners only, but please contact us if you are interested). We will also move around the fashionable stores on foot as much as possible to make sure we get a good snap 📸. I am grateful to my friends who help me a lot when I'm away 😭

Ghibier. They offer various gibier dishes such as horse, boar, and donkey. The most important thing, of course, is that it is very tasty and has no smell. The horse meat in particular is first class. I had never had horse sashimi carpaccio before, but it was astonishingly delicious.

A meat bar in Ebisu. The variety of meats available is impressive, and the dishes are sure to make your eyes dance with excitement. Horse, duck, wild boar, donkey, you name it, you can enjoy it to the fullest. Horse's lips are delicious.
