The 'Menchi Katsu' has been served since our restaurant was located in Shirokane, and it was revived when we reopened. This dish uses 100% Wagyu beef, and by mixing hand-cut meat, you can enjoy its meaty texture. The sauce is a combination of Western horseradish and a dipping sauce.

One of the dishes that has been loved by customers since the Platinum Era. When Chef Owner Kinoshita opened his Japanese restaurant, he thought about what kind of 'special ramen' could be enjoyed by anyone and could be eaten lightly even after a meal. The soup is made from the finest dashi, and instead of Chinese noodles, we use a thin pasta called capellini, which is often used in cold pasta dishes. By adding pickled plums, it achieves a refreshing flavor. It enhances the Japanese-style taste while being gentle on the body.
The recommended finale is freshly cooked 'clay pot rice'. Depending on the season, you can enjoy a variety of ingredients and cooking methods that keep it interesting, featuring seasonal clay pot rice. The clay pot gradually increases in temperature, which brings out the sweetness and umami of the rice. The aroma of the steam when you open the lid is irresistible, making for a delicious and fluffy clay pot rice.
