It's an inviting shop right by the station, and it's exciting to see the grill from the seats. The staff's attentive service was pleasant, allowing me to relax from the start. I began with a crunchy pea shoot salad and tender duck with wasabi, which really whetted my appetite. The grilled chicken neck, heart, skirt steak, and negima were perfectly cooked, and I could distinctly taste each of their flavors. The chicken skewers with a bit of yuzu pepper and the refreshing zucchini with a hint of plum acidity were also delightful. Everything, including the rich chicken sukiyaki pot and the soup concentrated with chicken flavor that I had at the end, was very satisfying.
