This shop, located in an alley just off the station, has a bright and friendly atmosphere as soon as you step inside. The grilled gyoza on the sign has a chewy, thick skin that is perfectly roasted, and I was surprised when hot meat juice burst out from inside. The filling is well-seasoned, so if you eat it without any dipping sauce at first, the umami spreads directly. Adding a little vinegar or chili oil from the table enhances the flavor, making it a perfect match for both rice and beer. The potato salad, pickles, and small bowl of glass noodles that come with the set meal serve as a nice palate cleanser, allowing me to enjoy the meal without getting bored until the end. The staff's attentive service and the subtle aroma of jasmine tea kept me in a pleasant mood even after the meal.
