It's a shop with a quiet atmosphere where you can relax, and sitting down makes you feel excited. Dishes made with seasonal ingredients come out one after another, and each has a gentle flavor. The fragrant broth is impressive, and the warm bowl dishes are very comforting. From sashimi to grilled items and simmered dishes, the presentation and plating are beautiful, making it enjoyable to the eyes as well. The fried items are light, and you can smoothly progress to the sweet finish. I heard it has a Michelin star, and I agree with the overall balance.
