Si quieres disfrutar de mariscos cerca de la estación de Kanazawa, este es sin duda un lugar que te satisfará.
En particular, el cangrejo de Kaga es exquisito, con un sabor dulce y umami que se siente claramente, lo que hace que valga la pena visitarlo.
El frito de Hatahata también es muy aromático, con una textura tan ligera que se puede comer hasta los huesos, y combina perfectamente con el alcohol.
Además, el sushi se puede pedir por pieza, y como se puede ajustar el tamaño del arroz, es atractivo poder disfrutar de diferentes tipos poco a poco.
El rango de precios es un poco alto, pero a cambio, la calidad de la comida y el servicio son de alto nivel, y en general fue un lugar con una alta satisfacción. Lo recomiendo para aquellos que quieren comer pescado realmente delicioso en Kanazawa.

I had an oyster course, and it was very delicious. The oysters in their shells are not available at the supermarket I usually go to, so I had only been eating the packaged ones, and the taste was completely different and delicious. I would like to go again during the season.
