A god restaurant in the soba genre!
I like soba and have been to about 20 of the 100 best soba restaurants, but in terms of the taste of soba itself, it is by far the No. 1!
I was concerned about the small quantity of Soba based on other reviews, but the high quality more than made up for the small quantity.
I recommend simply hand-ground and Zaru.
I had been wanting to go to BM for a while, and it was worth the trip to attack this restaurant.

The meat and other dishes were delicious. However, it seemed like they were busy as there were times when our orders were not processed, so we had to remind them or cancel. It was a bit disappointing.

No estaba acostumbrado a las reservas en línea y, sin querer, terminé en un asiento en la barra. Por si acaso, pregunté si podía cambiar a un lugar donde pudiéramos hablar, y amablemente me cambiaron a un asiento en tatami, lo que me dio tranquilidad. Luego, el mismo día, había una persona con una fractura en la pierna, y en ese momento nos ofrecieron una mesa con sillas justo antes de que llegáramos, lo cual fue un gesto conmovedor y muy considerado. La apariencia y el sabor de todos los menús eran excelentes, y las familias con niños estaban disfrutando de un tiempo relajado y tranquilo, lo que me hizo querer volver. Me gustaría regresar cuando tenga tiempo. También había una gran cantidad de artículos decorativos, bocadillos, camisetas y productos de fútbol exhibidos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable además del café.
I went to Ikedaya, a ramen store in Fujieda, which serves ramen in the morning, but it's so light that it feels like buckwheat noodles.
There were hot and cold ramen, but it was cold, so I went with the hot ramen.
The price is only 500 yen for the same level of ramen.
