Uganiku! I can't get enough of it!
This restaurant is famous for its sea urchin shabu-shabu.
We enjoyed sea urchin dishes before the main course.
Lots of my favorite prawn dishes (not rhyming).

Cosy and a suggestion on how to eat sea urchin.
I was a refugee from eating in Shinjuku Sanchome and was looking for a place to eat.
The restaurant had a good score on the food log, so I visited there.
When I went there, it looked like sea urchin was the main dish, so I understood that the price was a little high.
There are many dishes using sea urchin.
I have high expectations!
I can sympathize with the fact that salads and other dishes come right out and are served by hand anyway! Speed is important!
The customer service feels normal...
But the food that came out was...not good.
The sea urchin doesn't match. This is a waste. The sea urchin hot pot has a good broth, but the rest of it is...
And the bill is too high. It is too expensive.
The food is not very particular about it. If it were cheaper, it would have been better, but the ingredients are expensive, so it can't be helped.
But I would like them to try harder, even considering the richness of Shinjuku 3-chome.
I will not repeat my visit.
