Our restaurant offers Japanese-style dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. The interior of the shop, renovated from a 110-year-old town house in Kyoto, exudes a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity with a Japanese modern atmosphere. You can stroll down the stone-paved corridor and relax in the tatami seating area overlooking a small garden. Founded in the 12th year of the Meiji era, our shop has a history of over 100 years as a hand-made soba restaurant, having been established by the first generation after training at the main branch, Kawadaya. While continuing to uphold our traditions and techniques, we also embrace new challenges. Our store is located in a traditional town house that reflects the charm of Kyoto, and it has been loved by many soba enthusiasts throughout its long history.
