This is a collaboration menu between "Nimben", a company established in Nihonbashi for over 100 years, and "Hotel Kazuya". This shabu-shabu menu is served in a broth made from specially procured dried bonito flakes. It is a menu with an elegant taste, a full stomach, and is excellent for beauty and health. The vegetables used in the shabu-shabu are not only colorful, but also pleasing to the eye.

Made from a combination of Ninben's bonito flakes, which have been in business for over 320 years in Nihonbashi, and Hotel Kazusaya's sincerity, which has been in business for over 130 years. The dashi broth is carefully prepared with freshly shaved dried bonito flakes. The soup stock is carefully drawn, and freshly shaved dried bonito flakes are added just before serving. It is served with carefully selected sweet meats and fresh seasonal vegetables, and is made using traditional methods. Ninben-sama's flavorful dried bonito flakes and Hotel Kazusaya's luxurious soup stock blended with the taste of Edo tradition. Please enjoy to your heart's content.

To make your special day even more spectacular, the Anniversary Special Plan offers a course that combines the beauty of Japanese and Western cuisine. First, an assortment of Japanese and Western appetizers will delight your eyes, and a bowl of soup will warm your heart. The sashimi is a platter of two kinds of fresh seasonal fish, allowing you to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea. Next, grilled fish, and for the main course, a Western-style dish of beef steak served in an eggplant kettle whets the appetite. The meal ends with tea soba noodles, a pleasant conclusion. Water sweets with seasonal fruits and sweets also add to the pleasure. This is the perfect plan for a special occasion to spend a wonderful time with your casual friends or loved ones.
