The signature menu item, 'the cut one,' features buns that are cut in half, with a crispy surface that absorbs the juices beautifully, making it the best. The combination of slowly simmered onions and melting cheese adds sweetness and richness to the flavor. The accompanying French fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it hard to stop eating. Enjoying it with a refreshing homemade lemon squash leaves a clean aftertaste. You can truly feel the skill that won the hamburger competition, and I was very satisfied.
