A genuine barley shochu characterized by its mellow flavor and soft aroma, achieved through a unique production method from Kagoshima. Dry taste.
A roasted sweetness reminiscent of Kagoshima baked sweet potatoes, with a rich and thick sweetness. The dense and deep flavor is a unique product made possible by the use of black koji.
Unlike traditional Kagoshima sweet potato shochu, this uses yellow koji (the same as sake). It is a genuine sweet potato shochu with a subtly sweet and refined flavor.
Brown sugar shochu made by a female toji (master brewer) from Amami. It undergoes 'acoustic aging' with speakers attached to the barrels.
Bottled after storage in Kumamoto oak barrels. The mouthfeel is mild, and the aroma of the barrel can be felt.
The concept of this awamori from Okinawa is 'a sake that can be accepted like water.' True to that, it is fruity and makes you want to keep drinking.
A mellow flavor that evokes a relaxed and deep taste of Okinawa. Made from carefully selected ingredients.
A genuine chestnut shochu born in the deep mountains of Okudamba, famous for Hyogo's 'Tamba Chestnut - Ginyori'. Its smoothness and subtle sweetness, along with the softness on the throat, are exceptional.
